Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their JourneyAPI subscription at any time. However, the following terms apply:xq

No Refunds: Cancelling your subscription will not result in a refund or partial refund for the remaining billing cycle.

Service Access Until End of Billing Cycle: After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

API Access After Cancellation: If your subscription is canceled, any remaining API credits will expire at the end of your billing period and cannot be carried over.


2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your JourneyAPI subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your JourneyAPI account.

2. Navigate to the Billing section.

3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm your request.

3. Impact of Cancellation

• Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again unless you choose to reactivate your plan.

• Your API key and access to JourneyAPI services will expire at the end of your billing period.

• If you wish to continue using our services after cancellation, you must reactivate your subscription or purchase a new plan.


4. Reinstating a Canceled Subscription

• Users may reactivate a canceled subscription at any time by selecting a plan in their account dashboard.

• Previously purchased API credits cannot be restored once a subscription has ended.


5. Cancellation by JourneyAPI

JourneyAPI reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s account in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms of Service

Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity

Non-payment or failed subscription renewals

In such cases, users may lose access to their API key and any remaining credits.


6. Changes to This Policy

JourneyAPI reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
