Refund & Dispute Policy
At JourneyAPI, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable API service. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds Policy
All payments made for JourneyAPI services, including API credits, subscriptions, and one-time purchases, are non-refundable. Once a transaction is processed, users will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of usage or account activity.
2. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)
While we do not generally offer refunds, we may consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
• Service Downtime: If JourneyAPI experiences extended downtime that significantly impacts your ability to use the service.
• Billing Errors: If you were mistakenly charged due to a system error or duplicate payment.
To request a refund under these conditions, please contact support@journeyapi.co within 7 days of the issue occurring, providing details and relevant documentation.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and JourneyAPI reserves the right to approve or deny any refund at its discretion.
3. Subscription Cancellations
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
• Canceling a subscription will prevent further charges, but the service will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
4. Credit Expiration
• Purchased API credits are non-refundable and may have an expiration period depending on your plan.
• Expired credits will not be reissued.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting support@journeyapi.co may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
We encourage users to reach out to our support team for resolution before escalating issues with their payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
JourneyAPI reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
